**The Hilliard Art Museum is not currently able to accommodate private event bookings.**

A DISTINCTIVE VENUE

The traditional and modern come together at the Hilliard Art Museum.  The tall white columns and balconies of the historic A. Hays Town-designed building are a perfect backdrop for weddings on the grand lawn, while the interior spaces with hardwood floors and fireplaces offer a welcoming space for meetings and receptions.  Across the plaza is the elegant steel and glass Hilliard Art Museum where guests enjoy exhibitions of contemporary art and a unique shopping experience.

PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION

 

The plaza and grounds outside of the museum facilities are available at no cost for photographers.

Photo shoots inside the A. Hays Town building may only be scheduled during hours in which museum personnel is on the property. Masks must be worn at all times by photographers and assistants during the entirety of the photoshoot on the museum grounds.

• Mondays, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Tuesdays, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Wednesdays, 9 AM – 8PM
• Thursdays, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Fridays, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Saturdays, 10 AM – 5 PM

The use of glitter and confetti in photoshoots is strictly prohibited on the museum grounds, as it damages the fountain and is difficult to clean up.
